Olivia married early to an older man. She had no delusions about her marriage, she knew she was a trophy wife and she was fairly certain her husband knew she was only interested in his money. She still maintains the façade of the loving wife only for important social gatherings and the like.

Olivia is certain her husband Martin regularly cheats on her with younger women, but he is courteous enough to keep them out of sight and is never uncouth enough to bring any of them to their luxurious home.
